Important Information
Travel Insurance Requirement
Featherbee Hospitality Group carries comprehensive liability insurance as an operator. However, all guests are required to obtain their own travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation/interruption, and personal belongings. Featherbee is not responsible for losses, delays, or medical expenses incurred during travel.

Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your reservation unless otherwise specified.
Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received and written confirmation is issued by Featherbee Hospitality.
Discovery Trips require a minimum of 8 confirmed guests. If minimum capacity is not reached, guests will receive a full refund or may elect to transfer to a future Discovery Trip.
Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable once the trip is confirmed.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the itinerary, missed meals, early departures, or voluntary withdrawal from the experience.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel Insurance
Guests are required to obtain travel insurance covering:
• Trip cancellation
• Medical expenses
• Emergency evacuation
• Travel interruption
Proof of coverage may be requested.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in Featherbee Escapes involves international travel, transportation by vehicle, walking tours, outdoor activities, dining experiences, and other related activities.
By booking, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with participation.
Itinerary Changes
Discovery Trips are curated in real time. While the overall structure and inclusions are confirmed, specific daily programming may shift due to availability, weather, local conditions, or creative direction.
Featherbee reserves the right to make substitutions of equal quality and value.
Force Majeure
Featherbee Hospitality is not liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, airline disruptions, political events, or other unforeseeable events.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for:
• Valid passport and entry requirements
• Personal health considerations
• Flights to and from destination
• Personal spending and gratuities unless otherwise stated
Guests must disclose any medical conditions or mobility limitations that may impact participation.
Code of Conduct
Featherbee Escapes are intimate group experiences. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior disrupts the group dynamic or compromises safety.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
Liability Limitation
Featherbee Hospitality acts as an organizer and curator of experiences and is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers, including hotels, transportation companies, and restaurants.

WHAT IS A FLAGSHIP (LEGACY) TRIP?
Our most exclusive and immersive experience. Built around special holidays, peak seasonal moments, and extraordinary locations. Produced once and never repeated.
HOW ARE THE THREE DIFFERENT?
Discovery is exploratory and flexible.
Reserve is refined and fully designed.
Flagship is rare, exclusive and extraordinary.
GROUP SIZE
HOW MANY GUESTS ARE ON EACH TRIP?
Discovery: typically up to 12 guests.

WHAT IS THE CULINARY FOCUS?
Food leads every trip. From market visits and workshops to long tables and private meals, the culinary program is central.
Reserve and Flagship trips include deeper access and more refined programming. Flagship trips may include rare or private experiences created specifically for that week.
WHAT ARE THE EXPERIENCES LIKE?
Experiences are locally rooted and craft driven. Examples include pasta making in Tuscany, truffle hunting in Piedmont, pottery in Catalonia, or paragliding in South Tyrol. Each is selected for quality, access, and authenticity.
Discovery trips may include more restaurants and exploratory visits.
Reserve trips are curated and structured.
Flagship trips may include private harvests, seasonal rituals, or collaborations not available otherwise.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
IS EVERYTHING INCLUDED?
Yes. Accommodations, scheduled meals, tastings, curated experiences, transportation during planned activities, and vetted local guides are included on all trips.
WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?
Extra drinks beyond what is provided, ordering off menu, independent meals during free time, personal purchases, and tips for guides.
ARE TIPS INCLUDED?
No. Tips are not included and are left to your discretion.

They are custom built, highly limited, often once per year, and include rare timing, deeper access, exceptional properties, and elevated culinary programming. They are intentionally not scalable.
