We welcome you with a crafted drink in our art gallery before a behind-the-scenes peek into the chef’s kitchen and the table where the night unfolds.
Expect 5+ courses from Chef Derek’s instinct-driven menu, each one paired with a perfectly matched libation—sourced from makers we know personally (often less than one degree of separation). Surprises, storytelling, and bold flavors guaranteed.
