FLAGSHIP / LEGACY TRIPS FAQs WHAT IS A FLAGSHIP (LEGACY) TRIP? Our most exclusive and immersive experience. These trips are built around special holidays, peak moments in the calendar, and extraordinary locations. Each one is produced once and never repeated. HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM DISCOVERY OR RESERVE TRIPS? Flagship Trips go deeper. Fewer guests, more access, more time, and more layers. Discovery is exploratory. Reserve is dialed in. Flagship is uncompromising. HOW MANY FLAGSHIP TRIPS DO YOU OFFER EACH YEAR? Usually one. Occasionally two. Some years none. HOW MANY GUESTS ARE ON A FLAGSHIP TRIP? Very small groups, typically 6 to 10 guests. WHY ARE THESE TRIPS MORE EXPENSIVE? They are custom built from the ground up. Private access, rare timing, exceptional locations, elevated culinary programming, and limited capacity all factor in. These trips are intentionally not scalable. WHERE DO WE STAY? Extraordinary properties chosen for location, architecture, privacy, and how they support the experience. Often places that are not publicly available or are fully bought out for the group. WILL YOU BE STAYING WITH US? Yes. Flagship Trips are fully hosted by us. We are deeply involved throughout the week, both in the kitchen and in the experience. WHAT IS THE CULINARY FOCUS? Food is central. Expect multi day culinary programming, deeper access to producers and artisans, private meals, and experiences that are not available outside of this trip. WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCES ARE INCLUDED? Experiences are highly specific to the place and timing. These may include private harvests, seasonal rituals, behind the scenes access, or collaborations created exclusively for the group. IS EVERYTHING INCLUDED? Yes. Accommodations, all scheduled meals, tastings, experiences, transportation during planned activities, and curated local access are included. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED? Extra personal purchases and tips for guides. ARE TIPS INCLUDED? No. Tips are not included and are left to your discretion. DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN EVERYTHING? No. While the experience is immersive, rest and privacy are always respected. IS THERE DOWNTIME? Yes. Even at this level, space to slow down is intentional and protected. WHO ARE THESE TRIPS FOR? Guests who want depth over volume, access over amenities, and experiences that feel rare and personal. WHO ARE THESE TRIPS NOT FOR? Anyone looking for traditional luxury travel, packed itineraries, or repeatable experiences. HOW DO I BOOK A FLAGSHIP TRIP? Flagship Trips are invitation only or offered first to past guests. Spots are extremely limited. CAN I ATTEND MORE THAN ONE FLAGSHIP TRIP? If invited, yes. Many guests return.
