This isn’t polite art. It’s raw, loud, and just a little dangerous, same as the food he throws down at Black Goat. Chef Derek’s canvases bleed color into a black-and-white world, a riot of energy and chaos that somehow lands exactly where it’s meant to...like his plates.
 
We used to keep this work underground—sold only to those lucky enough to snag a seat at our supperclub. Now it’s out in the open, ready for anyone bold enough to claim it. Each piece is named after a song, and we cranked the music while hanging them, and the art told us what track it belonged to.
